We have used Ronnoco Building Services Ltd for the past 5 years for various building development projects at Emmanuel CE School as well as maintenance and up keep of our facilities. They have been very reliable with regards to timescale of the projects which they have carried out for us, this is paramount for the school that projects are finished on time to a high standard so that it does not impact on our pupils. Paul has always gone out of his way to accommodate the schools needs and is very reassuring and easy to work with. Whether it is out of hours call outs or a random call for advice on materials, fixtures and fittings he is always happy to help. I have worked with Ronnoco Building Services for over five years and during that time they have been appointed to carry out various works for differing clients: while having the capabilities to undertake a wide range of skills themselves, they also have access to specialist sub-contractors who can be call upon to assist when necessary. They recently finish a difficult conversion in Hampstead including general improvements to upgrade the property (structural alterations, rationalisation of electrical, plumbing and heating services, replacing windows, works associated in installing a new kitchen, underfloor heating, floor and wall tiling, decorations, etc) Particular attention is attached to providing high standards of service and workmanship together with a willingness to achieving satisfaction. Throughout care and consideration is given when involved in contracts in occupation during progress of the works: importance is attached to establishing a good working relationship with the Clients and finally to arriving at a fair and reasonable settlement on costings. They have always been found to be honest, conscientious, reliable. They take an interest in in the particular project and are prepared to make contributions to its success. The building industry is in need of those who still take the same pride in their work. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
It was a pleasure dealing with Ronnoco Building Services from the prompt and detailed initial quotation through to on-time completion. Unusually for this industry, communication was excellent throughout the job with 24/7 phone access and prompt replies to e-mails. Materials were delivered in a timely manner and Paul and his colleagues were a pleasure to deal with throughout the 6 week period. The site was kept tidy and left in perfect condition (even with windows cleaned and gutters cleared out). Perhaps not the cheapest, but amongst the best service and quality I have experienced for a long time.
